A drug called Fildena 100 is used to treat male erectile dysfunction (ED). Sildenafil citrate, the same active component in Viagra, is present in 100 mg of it. Fildena 100 helps get and keep a firm erection by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Its effects might continue for four to six hours, and it is usually taken 30 to 60 minutes before engaging in sexual activity. Due to the possibility of adverse effects including headaches, dizziness, or low blood pressure, it is best to take only one pill per 24 hours and to avoid using it with alcohol or nitrates.
